ShowerSafe Anti-Legionella Showerheads

The ShowerSafe anti-legionella showerhead from Safewater Management combines a unique Ster-O-Tap filter into the body of the showerhead producing shower water with 99.999% of all bacteria removed. The Ster-O-Tap filter contains special high flow capillary micro-filtration membranes, the walls of which contain very tiny pores that are several times smaller than the smallest bacteria. When water flows through these pores an unparalleled removal of 99.999% of all bacteria is achieved without slowing the water flow.
The showerhead is supplied either as a chrome attachment to a standard shower hose or a stainless steel fixed wall fitting. The Ster-O-Tap filter unit can be replaced separately to the showerhead once exhausted - every 3 to 6 months dependant on shower usage and water hardness.
