ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

As a leading supplier of Water Treatment and Hygiene Services, Safewater Management Systems Ltd is committed to effective environmental management.

To this end we have established and will maintain an Environmental Management System which complies with ISO 14001: 2004 and have this certified by an accredited certification body.

Our three commitments are:-

•  To continually improve our environmental performance using objectives, targets and management programmes.

•  To comply with all applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which we subscribe.

•  To prevent pollution by managing our energy and waste by robust emergency preparedness and response procedures.

Our most significant environmental issues are:-

•  Effective support to Legionella control for our clients.

•  Management and reduction of waste.

•  Maximising recycling.

•  Minimising energy use.

All employees and those working on behalf of Safewater Management Systems Ltd are briefed on this policy and our key objectives, as well as any other procedures in our Environmental Management System which impact upon their work.
